The R&B Bed and Breakfast is located on world famous Frenchmen Street, the hub of New Orleans Music Scene. You can be assured you will want to spend most of your evenings just down the street, soaking of up the sounds at one or all of the 15 live music venues all located on the three block section. Musee Rochon
The Musée Rosette Rochon is projected to be a major historic house museum. It is an early antebellum home built for Rosette Rochon, a free businesswoman of color who amassed wealth and lived to about the age of one hundred. The house also has many remarkable details, being one of the most important early examples in New Orleans of architectural transition between Creole and American style.

Marigny Opera House
Don’t let the name fool you. This space also serves as an incubator for new art and theater projects, hosting events like the New Orleans Fringe Festival, the city's Puppet Festival, and its very own New Dance Festival. The building is a former 19th century church, currently undergoing renovations and dripping with the kind of character you'll only find in New Orleans.

Ellis Marsalis Center for Music
The Ellis Marsalis Center for Music is located in Musicians Village in the hip Marigny/Bywater neighborhood. The New Orleans Habitat Musicians’ Village was built after Hurricane Katrina as a place to support the city’s thriving, long-lived community of musicians. The center is a great place to experience New Orleans culture through local art and musical talent.

The Country Club

Snug Harbor
The city's premier jazz club with live music seven nights a week. Ellis Marsalis is on stage most Fridays and Charmaine Neville sings most Mondays. A nice restaurant with great burgers and steaks is also on the premises. Two shows nightly at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Three Muses

Established Spring of 2000, d.b.a. is a live music club that features local & regional acts nightly. Located at 618 Frenchmen Street in the historic Faubourg Marigny, we offer a vast selection of beer, wine & spirits in a comfortable, smoke-free setting.

The New Movement Theater
The New Movement (TMN) Theater is a comedy conservatory located in the young, hip Marigny/Bywater neighborhood. TNM’s founders are New Orleans locals with a passion for sketch comedy and improvisation. TNM hosts weekly comedy events and performances, most for under $10, as well as offers sketch and improv classes for aspiring performers.
